Twelve Titans is a family-owned breeder committed to the preservation of the true Cane Corso Italiano as a guardian, worker and protector. Our Cane Corsos have been a part of our lives for over 11 years and are our FAMILY FIRST. We don't refer to them as "breeding stock". They are our beloved pets (also affectionately called our "bear cubs") and deserve the BEST.
Our Cane Corsos are truly our legacy and we only wish to produce healthy canines that best represent the original rustic standard. Therefore, we breed with purposeful intent with quality being paramount over quantity. Because of this, we produce a small amount of litters each year that are offered only to approved families. This means that we can focus on what counts: healthy, structurally sound, stable-minded Cane Corsos that are highly trainable. It gives us a great sense of pride to produce quality Cane Corsos and place them with others who will love them the same as we do.
WHY ARE WE "TWELVE TITANS"?
Titan [noun] \ ˈtī-tᵊn \ an entity of exceptional importance and reputation; an entity of enormous size, strength, power, and influence. Synonyms: behemoth, colossus, giant, heavyweight
The TITANS were a primeval pantheon of deities from Greco-Roman mythology. They were immortal giants and possessed superhuman strength and stamina as well as magical powers such as control of the weather and seas. They were the offspring of Uranus (Heaven) and Gaea (Earth) and they ruled the cosmos before the Olympians.
Among them were Prometheus who provided humans with fire and medicine, Atlas, who held the heavens aloft on his shoulders, and Cronus and Rhea, the parents of many of the Olympian gods, including Zeus. The immense size of the Titans is the source of the modern word “titanic”, meaning extremely large.

Our journey began in 2007 when we acquired our first cane corsos, a male & female. They were larger than life, robust, beautiful, and protective - yet gentle with our small children. We were committed to training, socializing and integrating them into our every-day life. Having worked with other breeds prior, we were blown away by the intelligence of these beautiful creatures in comparison. Their exceptional temperaments & conformation to breed standard made it easy for us to achieve a couple of well-balanced, fully-integrated family members. Because of their size and majesty, we named them Kronos & Gaea. It was because of them, we decided to commit to the breed itself and perpetuate their excellent example. Today we have 12 Cane Corsos, or rather TWELVE TITANS. Our Twelve Cane Corso Italianos represent the legacy of the Great Titans and boast a noble lineage.
For us, this is not merely a business. This is our lifestyle. ~And we wouldn't have it any other way.
